HOW DO I BOOK?

Click on Book Now at the top of the page and fill in your details, providing as much information as you currently have for the upcoming event. We will endeavour to reply within 24hrs answering any questions. Next we will send you your contract and the amount owed to secure your booking.

WHEN IS MY BOOKING SECURED?

Once the contract has been signed and sent by you alongside the deposit which is a non refundable 50% retainer the date and time will be secured. The final payment is due 3 days prior to the event.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

If the weather looks uncooperative the client has 3 days prior to the event to decide if they would like to postpone to another date or change the location to indoors.

HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL?

The proposal picnic package is for 3 hours. Lush classic, customized for you and kids parties picnics are for 2 hours. The white classic bounce house is for 4 hours. For additional time it is $50 per hour.

WHERE DO YOU TRAVEL TO?

Included is Sault Ste. Marie and surrounding area. There are travel fees for outside of this area, please enquire directly for more details.

WHERE CAN I HAVE MY EVENT?

Parks, beaches, backyards, local halls, function or amenity rooms are all great locations. We would be delighted to help find a perfect spot for you as well.

IS THE BOUNCE HOUSE SAFE AND SECURE?

Safety is our top priority. Rest assured that our bounce house is constructed from high-quality materials and meets rigorous safety standards to provide a secure and enjoyable bouncing experience for all guests.

WHAT IS THE CLEANLINESS OF YOUR BOUNCE HOUSES?

To maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, all our bounce houses undergo thorough cleaning and sanitization after each rental. We kindly request our customers to adhere to our guidelines by refraining from wearing shoes, consuming food or drinks, applying face paint, glitter, confetti, and similar items during their usage.
